In the pic I'm installing the bearing, to remove I used a couple sockets from the inside out and used a larger socket that sat on the outside of the arm so the bearing could pop into it. You either need to take the frame and s/a to an engineering works and have the pin pressed out, or it is possible to shift it with a suitable drift and a lump hammer. The latter generally assumes that you need to renew the bushes and pin due to wear. Hope that helps.
