NettetI was able to get mine working by uninstalling the touch pad drivers and rebooting. Now I can't turn it on or off by pressing the left corner. I need to call HP for a fix. I would try uninstalling the drivers and then rebooting and see if that helps. It seems to be a software issue that caused mine to freeze up. Luckily it is a touch screen.
