I ordered and returned two other sets of this product and finally accepted that this variability is just something I would have to live with. The product is well packaged and the weight and quality of the knives seems good, but no better than my old set of Henckel knives. WebLearn how to sharpen properly though, so you don't wreck the finish on them like I did. My opinion is you don't need a set though. Save the cash. Pick 2 or 3 knives that you think you'll use all the time and that's it. I agree. There is no point buying an expensive knife if you dont know how to sharpen a knife.
