If you want the spear for Whirlwind, this isn't enough to hit a 4 frame attack. Instead, use an ethereal Ghost Spear, which will hit the breakpoint. I look for the best merc option. I don’t know if the high base dmg of gpa makes the base dmg of merc attack so high too. GT at least attacks 10% faster.
