Guys - I know it was too hard to think about this solution but here you go with the solution to highlight certain word in cell. 1) Open Excel Sheet. 2) Insert Text Box. 3) Move the text box to the word you want to highlight it. 4) remove text box outline. 5) fill the box color as you wish.
